Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.velorasnow.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Hefei Nuorui Information Technology Co., Ltd. (合肥诺睿信息科技有限公司), trading as Velora Snow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Who may use the Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have parental consent, to purchase from the Site. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you will not use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Products and descriptions

We sell ski and snowboard apparel for personal use. Product photos, colors, measurements, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor differences can occur because of screen settings, production batches, or supplier updates. Waterproof ratings, fabrics, and fit notes on each product page are the controlling description for that item.

Velora Snow is an authorized multi-brand retailer. Product titles may include supplier or brand names (for example NANDN or COSONE, and other labels we carry) to identify the item. We sell products from multiple suppliers. This website is not any one brand’s official flagship site unless a page explicitly says so.

We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing or availability errors. If the price or availability at checkout differs from the product page because of an obvious error, we will contact you before charging or we will cancel and refund.

Orders, payment, and prices

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Checkout currently accepts PayPal only. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card saved in your PayPal account. We do not offer a separate credit-card form on the Site. You are responsible for completing payment through PayPal. All payments are processed on a secure, SSL-protected checkout. We do not store your full payment credentials on our own servers.

Promotions, discount codes, and the first-order newsletter offer (currently 10% off when you subscribe, if shown on the Site) have their own rules and may be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot usually be combined unless we say so.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping destinations, fees, processing time, and transit estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy. Standard shipping to the United States is free on orders of $199 USD and over, and $14.99 on orders under $199. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier, except where applicable law says otherwise. You must check the parcel on arrival and report damage within 2 business days.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refund timing are governed exclusively by the Return Policy. You must email customer service to request a return before shipping any item back. That page explains what you must do, when returns are accepted, the 30-day request window, return shipping responsibility, and when refunds are issued (5–8 business days after inspection, to your original PayPal account).

User accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential. Notify us at once if you believe your account was used without permission.

Intellectual property

The Site design, Velora Snow name and logo, and original text and images we create are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial use without written permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners and are used to identify products we sell.

Reviews and communications

If you submit a review, question, or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content on the Site and in service communications. Do not submit unlawful, false, or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velora Snow and Hefei Nuorui Information Technology Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Ski and snowboard activities involve inherent risk. Our products are apparel, not a substitute for proper technique, bindings, helmets, or mountain safety practices.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Velora Snow and Hefei Nuorui Information Technology Co., Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where they cannot be waived. Courts in Hefei, Anhui, China have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
