Where we ship
Velora Snow currently ships to the United States only. If a country does not appear at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Hefei, China:
Room 2015, Floor 2, Zone D, Building 3, Phase 3, E-commerce Industrial Park, southeast corner of Huafeng Road and Zhenxing Road, Shushan Economic Development Zone, Shushan District, Hefei, Anhui 230088, China.
This is a fulfillment location, not a public retail store. We do not offer in-store pickup.
Order processing
After PayPal payment is confirmed, we process orders on warehouse business days.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days from the order date
- We do not process or hand parcels to carriers on Sunday or public holidays
- You will receive an order confirmation email first. A second email with a tracking number is sent when the parcel has been packed and handed to the carrier
Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time.
Shipping options, fees, and transit time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and match the table below for United States orders. Amounts are in USD, before taxes.

Times are estimates based on carrier performance. Peak season (especially November–December), weather, and customs inspections can add delay. We will share tracking as soon as it is available.
Free shipping threshold
Orders of $199 USD or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping to the United States. If you add or remove items and the cart drops below $199, $14.99 shipping is charged at checkout.
Change of address
If you need to change the delivery address, email service@velorasnow.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before the order is processed. We cannot change the address after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Product prices on velorasnow.com are in USD. For United States deliveries, sales tax may be collected at checkout where required. Import duties or other customs fees, if charged by authorities, are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or a refused package, contact us. Original shipping may be deducted from any refund. We can reship after you confirm a valid address; additional shipping may apply.
